We have a set hire fee of £200 for the day with a minimum spend of £700 (which to be honest is usually made in the first couple of hours).

What happens if we don’t meet the minimum spend?

If the minimum spend is not met by the end of the event, it is down to the hirer to make up the difference. We are happy to have a discussion with you before booking to work out if this limit will be achieved. 


Which areas do you cover?

As long as there is space for our bar, we will try our hardest to get there! We include a 50-mile radius free of charge from GL52, and mileage is then charged at 25p per mile thereafter. 


Do we need to provide a temporary Events notice?

No, as part of your booking fee we provide your event with a temporary events notice (TEN), one thing you don't need to worry about! 


what else does the booking fee cover?

The fee covers you for full bar hire (excluding drink packages) for the duration of your event on your chosen date. You will have a minimum of two friendly members of staff serving you, and disposable glassware, napkins and straws. 


I want a specific drink serving at my event, is this possible?

Of course, The Drunken Mare has been designed to suit you and your event! Whether it be your favourite Ale, or your partners favourite Gin, we are happy to have a discussion with you about what you are looking for. Understandably, this is subject to being able to source the drink you require, but we will always try our best to get what you want!
